What is rucking?


Rucking is a fitness activity that involves walking or hiking with a weighted backpack. Rucking combines cardio with resistance training, making it an effective, low-impact workout for building muscle, improving posture, and increasing stamina. In May, additionally to the rucking competition between the Boston and the Zurich office, we would like to invite each of you to join a competition between all ILC markets and ILC staff globally.

Rucking Challenge: A race between markets and individual performers


Get ready to lace up and load up! Markets and individuals will compete in a month-long rucking challenge to see who can cover the most kilometers while carrying weight. Whether you're walking solo or trekking with colleagues, every step counts. Track your distance, push your limits, and represent your office in this fun and friendly competition. Bragging rights—and maybe more—are on the line!
